We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof to initiate a return.
A product is considered defective if it has:
Visible damage (tears, stains)
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item received
To claim a return, you must provide a video taken while opening the parcel showing the issue clearly.
We try our best to display sarees as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.
Currently, we only ship within India. We may offer international shipping in the future.
