2. Return and Exchange Policy
- All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
- Exchanges and Replacement products will be delivered within 7 DAYS
- Customers must provide a clear unboxing video that starts before the package is opened and shows the product defect.
- Without the unboxing video, we will not accept return requests under any circumstances.
